But in order to install windows apps on Mac, you need to select the “Create Custom Prefix” option present on the left panel.

Step 3: Now you have to customize the installation with the help of the options present on the right panel.

Step 4: Now you need to select the windows application that you want to install on the Mac. If the application is capable of running on Mac, select the “copy only” option.
Step 5: Now you will be given an option to choose to create a self contained application. In case you choose the box, you will be able to use the resulting file on many other Mac machines without even installing wine on them.

Step 6: You have to click on the “Install” option to begin installation of Windows app on Mac. Now the further installation of the app is just like installing an app on windows.

Step 7: After the app installation is complete a WineBottler window will appear on the screen asking you about the file that should be run every time when the application is launched.
